Most of you who have posted with me for a while know that I am a proponent for using natural ingredients for health, as opposed to chemicals, where possible.
I got a news letter from NorthStar Nutritionals, which was for a product for men.
For a healthy prostate, Dr. Douglas has a product that included the following, which you can buy as separate items, or can probably find in a product at your local health food outlet.

Zinc, Vit. E, Lycopene, Selenium
Vitamin E is also good for smokers because they often get bladder cancer, and E is helpful there as well.
